New Rescue Engine Placed In Service - Parsonsburg Volunteer Fire Company

The Parsonsburg Volunteer Fire Company is pleased to announce that we have purchased a new Rescue Engine.
The New Rescue Engine will be placed in service on: Wednesday, March 15, 2006 at 1800 hours. We will respond to calls as Rescue Engine 604.
This new piece of equipment is a 2005 E-ONE Cyclone II with a 1750 GPM pump with a 1,000 gallons of water, 30 gallons of foam, 1,000 feet of 5 hose, 500 feet of 3 hose and total of 900 of pre-connected attack line. A pre-piped deck gun and a booster real are also included. The unit has a Hurst Combination tool, spreader, O cutter, rams, air bags, several pneumatic tools and a 15 KW hydraulic generator
The crew cab has seating for 8 personnel with SCOTT high pressure 45 minute air bottles.
At this time our department will maintain our standard running procedure.
