On Sunday April 29, 2007 the MFRI Rescue Tech class had their practical session on vehicle extrication. The class has met at Station 6 for the last couple of months under the leadership of MFRI Instructor Jay Jester. The class is comprised of a dozen members from Parsonsburg as well as members from Salisbury, Pittsville, Hebron, and Crisfield Fire Departments. Today, the students had 3 vehicles to practice the use of cribbing, air bags, hand and hydraulic tools. A special thanks goes to George Perdue's Used Cars for the donation of the vehicles and the use of their facility.
