On the evening of July 26, 2007, several Parsonsburg Vol. Fire Co. members participated in driver training drill with the EMS units. Members were challenged to not hit any cones as they maneuvered through various obstacles including a serpentine, a diminishing alley, backing into a designated space, and parallel parking. Everyone had to operate one of the ambulances and the brush unit was there as well. This training was organized to allow the newer members to become more familiar with operating the departments EMS units and it also gave some of the senior members the opportunity to brush up on their skills also.
