On Friday August 10, 2007 at 1112 hours, Parsonsburg Fire and EMS was alerted for a Motor Vehicle Collision with injuries at the intersection of Eastbound Ocean Gateway and Walston Switch Road. Rescue Engine 604 responded with 620 (Capt. L. Tyler) as officer. Paramedic B6 and Ambulance A6 arrived with RE604 to find a 2 car MVC and 620 established Ocean Gateway Command. Paramedic B6 transported 1 priority 2 patient to PRMC while A6 obtained 5 patient refusals. The crew from 604 assisted the EMS crews and then secured the vehicles. Station 6 Fire Police were also on location to keep traffic moving safely around the incident. The scene was cleared at 1146 hours.
