The 116th Annual Maryland State Fireman's Association Convention Parade was held today in Ocean City, MD. Fire Apparatus from throughout Maryland and surrounding states participated. Many awards are given out for the event. This year, Parsonsburg was well represented by Ambulance A6, Command 6 pulling the Special Ops Trailer, Engine 607, and Rescue Engine 604. We proudly received 3 trophies this year. RE604 was chosen as the 2nd Best Appearing Rescue Pumper while E607 was awarded Honorable Mention for Best Appearing Apparatus 20+ years old that is still in service and 3rd Best Appearing Pumper in the 1000 GPM Class.
