Station 6 Fire & EMS units were dispatched at 2013 Hrs for an MVC at Eastbound Rt50 and Walston Switch Rd. While units were enroute, the call was upgraded to a rescue and Sta. 7 (Pittsville) was also alerted. Crews went on scene with confirmed entrapment. EMS personnel began patient assessment while the crew of RE604 quickly stabilized and started the extrication. Upon their arrival, the crew of Rescue 7 assisted. Captain L. Tyler (618) had command.
