Just minutes after 7am, Station 6 was alerted to assist Salisbury Stations 2 & 16 on a working House Fire in the 30000 block of Zion Road. The crew of Engine 605 were immediately put to work on the interior while Tanker 608 initiated water supply. The call was soon upgraded and a Water Supply Task Force was requested by Command. Engine 79-4 (Gumboro ... Sussex County, DE) and Tanker 508 (Hebron) provided coverage at Station 6 while units were out at the fire.
