HazMat Tech Class - Practical
Saturday, July 7, 2018
The MFRI HazMat Tech class being held in Parsonsburg had their practical evolutions on Sunday April 13, 2008. Students donned Level A suits to make an entry into a building with a simulated chlorine leak. Once the leak was stopped, students proceeded to the decon they had set up. We would like to thank Rescue Fire Company of Cambridge, MD for bringing their HazMat unit to the class. The class ends on Monday night with the final exam. Students in the class represent various departments to include Mardela Springs, Rescue Fire Company (Cambridge), Salisbury, Greenbackville, VA, and of course Parsonsburg.
