Over the last couple of days, members of the fire department have been out spreading the message about fire safety during Fire Prevention Week. We visited daycare centers in our first due to include Tommy Tucker, Tenderheart, and the Jordan Center at WorWic Community College. A team also went to the Beaver Run Elementary School. In all, our outreach touched around 1000 students and adults providing them with valuable fire safety lessons and activity books and of course checking out our equipment.
